Returns and Exchange

 

All ECOM products, except ECOM Room Mini, are factory vacuum sealed. Once opened, item is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

We accept exchange or return within 7 days from the date you received the order. 

 

Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original, sealed condition and packaging.

 

Incorrect Order

If you have received an item which is incorrect, you can opt for refund at full cost or exchange for another item. 

 

ECOM will inspect the condition of the returned item first, and will cover the return delivery expense.

 

To process the return of incorrect order, please write in to us at ask@mamorumarketing.sg and include images of the received item and the following details:

  • Email Address:
  • Reasons for Request:

 

Our team will then review the request and inform you on the status of return.

 

After confirming the validity of return, you will send the item to us by post to the following address:

Returning items must be in the same, sealed and original condition as you received them.

 

Our warehouse team will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange or process the refund.



Refunds 

 

Refund process period may vary between 7-14 days from the day our warehouse team receive the items. 

 

Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by email and the refund will be made into the credit card or bank account which was used during purchase.

 

All returns must be received within 7 working days from the date the confirmation email was sent. 

 

The return will be void if we do not receive your parcel within this time frame. 

 

All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer, except for the return of incorrect order.

 

We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.

 

Please also note that vouchers and promo codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. 

 

If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the Final Paid Price (after discount) will be refunded.
