⚠️ WARNING! There are many resellers selling non-validated ECOM products.

Check for the mark XSG/EXP/xxxx/xx/xx; XSG means “Export to Singapore”, followed by shelf-life expiry date of the product.

Unauthorised stores, retail & online resellers

Beware of sellers/resellers on eCommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, and Carousell: Many resellers who sell through these channels are not authorised dealers of ECOM products.

When purchasing ECOM products on these digital retail platforms, it is important to note where the product is being “shipped from” and “sold by”, which is stated clearly in the header for each product.

Please note the unauthorised store or seller’s name, and contact us directly at ASK@ecomsingapore.sg before you purchase if you are unsure. Ask for the reseller’s authorised appointment letter when in doubt

Reminders to the public

ECOM’s range of products made from Japanese-patented technology are sold and exclusively distributed in Singapore by MAMORU Marketing Pte Ltd (“Mamoru”), and through our selective network of authorised retail partners. Our ECOM partners and affiliated companies have been chosen for their ability to properly represent, sell and market your trusted ECOM products.

Unfortunately, ECOM products are sometimes sold by third-party vendors that are not authorised agents of Mamoru. Goods sold by these unauthorised persons are not purchased thru Mamoru; instead they are acquired from a host of other sources.

Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorised sellers and their business practices, any order and transaction that includes unauthorised products or are placed with unauthorised third-party sellers, or vendors unaffiliated with Mamoru are strictly not recognised. Any enquiries or complaints will not be honoured by Mamoru, as the sale is not considered to be or acknowledged as a valid purchase by the brand owner and manufacturer.

Together our team stands with you in upholding consumer safety — employing our best efforts to prohibit these unauthorised individuals and/or entities from taking advantage of consumers. Still, these dishonest practices exist. Unauthorised sellers oftentimes purchase these products from “gray markets” and inflate their prices for their benefit; in some cases, they may possibly be damaged, defective, or worse, pirated goods not manufactured under ECOM.

We urge you to exercise due diligence when purchasing products from unauthorised sellers, retailers or vendors.

Beware of counterfeit ECOM products

Much like other reputable brands, your tried-and-trusted ECOM products risk being duplicated and sold, usually at drastically reduced prices and are diminished goods with inferior quality. These products do not meet ECOM’s rigorous quality standards.

By avoiding these, we thank you for maintaining the integrity of the ECOM brand.

Online orders & purchases

When shopping online for ECOM products, be sure that the product you are buying is sold by Mamoru, and/or from our official ECOM Singapore ecommerce platforms, and is not listed under any other Seller name.

Our official stores are as follow:

For purchases made with unaffiliated sellers, please contact the seller directly or the Help Centre of the platform from where you purchased the product to see the matter resolved.

That said, it is highly recommended that you purchase ECOM products directly from ECOM Singapore c/o Mamoru, to ensure a fun and genuine customer experience.

Thank you.
